A British Motorbike. Panther motorcycles were manufactured by Phelon & Moore (P&M) in Cleckheath, Yorkshire from 1900 to 1967. In the 1950s the Panthers were highly regarded. P&M were noted for their innovative improvements and used the slogan “The Perfect Motorcycle”.
